Following several years of service as a state-appointed insolvency officer, he completed a degree in Business Administration before taking the leap into self-employment in the mid-1990s.

Since then, he has guided individuals and companies in building sustainable business models—founded primarily on trust, authentic relationships, and personal recommendations. Today, Martin focuses on developing new projects, sharing his expertise, and supporting others on their path to entrepreneurial success.
